Michigan State Police stopped a vehicle in Jefferson Township, for an equipment violation.

Contact was made with the driver, Kiara Lamaya-Jean Gesco, Age 18, of Hudson, MI, and it was discovered that she was was driving on a suspended license.

Further investigation revealed that she was in possession with intent to deliver suspected methamphetamine and that she also had a Civil Bench Warrant for Contempt out of the Michigan State Police Jackson Post.

She was arrested and lodged at the Hillsdale County Jail, but she posted bond and was released.
